Our goal is to make this site meet your needs. If something doesn’t function the way you think it should, suggest a better way. If you don’t find the particular video or topic category you are looking for, tell us about it. We’ll get to work trying to locate it and getting it up on the site.
If you select a video that doesn’t end up meeting your expectations, please give it an honest rating and share a review for the benefit of others. Don’t worry about hurting our feelings; we don’t produce the videos, we just manage the marketplace. On the other hand, if the video is great, give it a 5-star rating and submit a glowing review. That’s what makes a marketplace work. We also suggest you don’t overlook a video just because its release date is a few years old. You may find it still very relevant.
Be sure to check back to the site often; we are loading many new videos on a daily basis. Better still, you can simply register and we’ll send you a regular update of what’s new on the site. Remember, even though there’s a lot already here, we’ve just scratched the surface of business video offerings at this point.
One final note. While we don’t insert advertising prior to any of our pay-per-view videos, you may occasionally see a brief commercial message on the front end of some of our free videos. That’s just part of our partners’ licensing agreements that enable us to provide this content to you at no charge.
